Hello! Thank you for visiting our web site. My name is James Jimenez. My wife Helen and I started Land Here Properties in 2018. Helen is a stager and I am a licensed general contractor and together we have reconfigured, remodeled and rehabilitated dozens of properties.
Our goal is to maximize the value of any property that we work on.
